I tried the Health + Ancestry Service for $199. It was pretty easy to spit in the cup and send it off to the lab for processing. Note the processing time is about 6-8 weeks so no instant gratification here.
For just under $200, I think this provides a great high level overview of your genetic disposition. You will definitely learn something about yourself, and it’s a great conversation starter with your health care team.
